How do I get started?


Getting started is easy! Just schedule your first pickup online. On your chosen day, place your laundry in a secure, accessible spot, and we handle the rest.

What is your pricing?

​

  • One-Time Service: $2.00 per pound ($35.00 minimum)

  • Weekly Plans: $1.85 per pound ($31.00 minimum)

  • Every Other Week Plan: $1.90 per pound ($32.00 minimum)

  • Add-Ons:

    • Hypoallergenic detergent and dryer sheets (+$2 per 17 pounds)

    • Bleach (+$1)​

Do you have a membership plan?


Yes! Our weekly and biweekly memberships offer discounted rates, lower minimums, and the convenience of automatic pickups. No contracts—you can pause or cancel anytime.

Will my laundry be washed with someone else’s?


Never! We wash and dry each customer’s laundry separately to ensure cleanliness, quality, and care for your items.

 

How fast will I get my laundry back?


Orders are returned within 1-2 business days, depending on your schedule.

Q: What happens if my order is over 17 pounds?


Each order includes up to 17 pounds of laundry. If your order goes over that amount, no worries—we’ll weigh it before washing and send you a quick invoice for the extra. Once it’s paid, we’ll get your laundry started right away!

Do I need to be home for pickup or delivery?


Nope! You can leave your laundry in a safe, accessible spot—like a porch, side entrance, or workplace. Just let us know the location when booking. We’ll even text you a photo once your order is dropped off.

What if I forget to put my laundry out?


Life is busy! We’ll send you reminders before your scheduled pickup. If you forget, you can reschedule at no extra charge with at least 24 hours’ notice. If our driver arrives and your laundry isn’t ready, a $10 service fee may apply.

Can I leave a tip?
 

Yes! Tips are always appreciated and 100% goes directly to your driver to help with rising gas costs. We accept tips in cash or via Venmo.

What items won’t you wash?

​

For the safety of your clothing and machines, we do not wash:

  • Shoes

  • Items with sequins or heavy embellishments

  • Faux or real leather

  • Feathers or fur

  • Heavily soiled or stained items
